Pros
Great to work for a company that does such positive impact projects without much recognition publicly. Everyone at local offices is professional and works extremely hard to make every project a success.
Cons
Local offices tend to not reach out past their own four walls to other locations for resources. This causes a lot of redundant positions to get created and puts existing employees that may need the work at risk of being cut.
