      Management gives you access to tools you need to be successful. Employee owned company with ability to purchase stock. Normal benefits typical for a company this size.

      Cons

      Headquarters located in Omaha Nebraska. There are some freedoms to run remote offices, but major decision making done through headquarters.

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
