      Pros

      Great benefits and pay. Lots of tools to succeed and management generally wants you to do well. They are very accommodating.

      Cons

      Very corporate feel. If you don't enjoy what you're doing, you're out of luck. It can feel very lonely on the engineering side.

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Cons

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Cons

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
