      Pros

      HDR has Good benefits. They do also have a good retirement plan other than being forced to have company stock.

      Cons

      Employee required to pay for travel expenses and get reimbursed. They seem to have Lower salaries than competing firms. No bonus structure.

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Cons

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Cons

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
