      Pros

      Like that I can work from home. Work/life balance is flexible. Great people to work with. Pretty good benefits. The work has been enjoyable.

      Cons

      Pretty strict on billable hours which makes it hard to go to training classes as they are on your own time.

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Cons

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Cons

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
