      Opportunities for advancement are available for motivated people. HDR has no shortage of people who genuinely care and love their work!

      Cons

      Higher management is mostly checked out. No engagement with junior staff, no engagement with volunteer or charity events.

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Cons

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
