      Quality of company is very high. Level of atonomy is present. Knowledge is vast and products are impressive.

      Cons

      There has always seemed to be limited feedback or compensation. Obstacles impede quick solutions, without clear definition of who is responsible. Spend allot of time and money going around, rather than focusing on solutions.

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.

      Corporate woes will exist anywhere at large companies, nothing special about HDR.
