      Good is you just want to do the same copy and paste work.

      Cons

      This company tries to blacklist former employers and violates the law if you leave for other job opportunities. They WILL call employers and give you a bad recommendation and they WILL try to ruin your life. They think they are too powerful to follow the law.

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.

      Excellent work place environment, plenty of continuing education opportunities, and lots of intra-disciplinary events

      Cons

      Corporate woes will exist anywhere at large companies, nothing special about HDR.
