      Pros

      The company does big things out there, changing and impacting the way we live. There are pockets of greatness... Could you imagine if the pockets didn't exist and it was around everywhere?

      Cons

      When I heard "They're gonna do it anyways..." I knew there was no want to make things better. Rather to let things happen and deal with consequences later.

      Excellent structure and procedures in all areas of business

      Cons

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Cons

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
