      Decent benefits (if you plan on staying for a long time), good location

      Cons

      Everyone here seems a bit underpaid. Career advancement within happens based on tenure and who you know rather than actual work performance. A seemingly standard corporate job atmosphere that isn't as nice as it seems.

      Cons

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Job security generally pretty high

      Cons

      Work environment is intense (in an uncomfortable way. not in a fun challenging way) and not very accommodating/flexible despite how much employees are expected to give.
