      Pros

      Nice offices with open environment so you can talk all the time.

      Cons

      This company is run by males with a few token women. The CFO is really inexperienced and has hired other males that also have no experience running business. The business side is a mess. However, nobody can say anything bad or they will be shut out or secretly layed off. People just disappear at this company when they speak out about the incompetence.

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.

      Excellent work place environment, plenty of continuing education opportunities, and lots of intra-disciplinary events

      Cons

      Corporate woes will exist anywhere at large companies, nothing special about HDR.
