      Profits sharing/ESOP is excellent and company is thriving

      There is too much red tape - too many rules and there is no leeway. Getting anything accomplished takes way too long.

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Great team and culture'. Lots of work-life balance and supportive managers. Great for all ages. Employee-owned and has an excellent community between local offices
