      Good people, great projects, freedom to switch offices.

      Cons

      Not enough women in positions of power. Feel like opportunities are limited if not willing to move, travel a ton, also working part time feels like a hindrance to advancement.

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Great team and culture'. Lots of work-life balance and supportive managers. Great for all ages. Employee-owned and has an excellent community between local offices

      Managers may depend on the team. Contractors may be difficult
