      Pros

      Being an Employee owned company and able to participate in purchasing stock, is by far the best thing about working here at HDR.

      Cons

      Although encouragement in moving up into better paying positions is promised, not much movement is made.

      Culture, schedule flexibility, depending on management, remote work, and employee owned, okay benefits

      Cons

      Parking sucks. The office is in downtown so you have pay just about any where you park. Work is repetitive or stagnant sometimes.
