      There ain’t many pros to add.

      Cons

      Top heavy with bunch of old white men making your life miserable. No regards to employee’s workload or career progression. Everyone other than directors are like a cog in the wheel. There aren’t many left anyways because every other individual is a some sort of director. So if you aren’t one then don’t join. Profits before everything.

      Culture, schedule flexibility, depending on management, remote work, and employee owned, okay benefits

      Cons

      Parking sucks. The office is in downtown so you have pay just about any where you park. Work is repetitive or stagnant sometimes.

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.
