Cons
The HDR Pittsburgh office is the worst. They form cliques and if anyone within the clique feels threatened by you then you have no future in the company. The definition of their leadership is to find a scape goat to cover up for the failures and managers just assign blame to engineers while doing whatever they please. Some managers lack any leadership skills that they layoff any staff reporting to them and retain just 2 of their "best buddies" to make it seem they have a team. They go around harassing people just to have a sense of control. Micro management is something they love to do. They will even tell you how to click your mouse pointer if they could, while they themselves are capable of nothing.
