      The people are very friendly and easy to work with. Management treats every position equally. Pay is is fair for each position.

      Cons

      Lack of communication on major projects. Burdening workload in certain areas dragging down production. Accounting software is not very user friendly.

      Role involved a lot of remote support whereas I prefer hands on, but overall excellent company.

      Great team and culture'. Lots of work-life balance and supportive managers. Great for all ages. Employee-owned and has an excellent community between local offices

      Managers may depend on the team. Contractors may be difficult
