      Pros

      A very green and progressive company, they live what they preach when it comes to issues affecting the quality of our environment.

      Cons

      As with many companies, you must form the appropriate political alliances in order to be considered for promotion. It's not necessarily based on one's character and the capacity to deliver. Unfortunately a good deal of talent has been passed over.

      Pros

      Fantastic teamwork. The Coastal Group is very close and highly collaborative. There is a lot of support from upper management in the Coastal Group. Lots of projects lined up.

      Cons

      PTO and Sick Leave are tied together.

      Excellent work place environment, plenty of continuing education opportunities, and lots of intra-disciplinary events

      Cons

      Corporate woes will exist anywhere at large companies, nothing special about HDR.
