Pros
Some really great people I met along the way. I loved the work/mission to help improve homecare.
Cons
Whiplash. Leadership changes direction on a whim (even if it’s a project you’ve been working on for months) and expects you to follow without any questions. People are let go weekly, without warning, and it is never communicated out. The only way you find out is through the grapevine or trying to contact them and seeing that they’ve been let go. Management does not accept feedback. You give feedback or ask questions, you will be let go.
