Truly cannot understand their mentality - Anonymous employee HHAeXchange Employee Review

I was part of a company that HHAeXchange acquired, and I was disappointed in the company from the beginning. They made immediate personnel changes (expected), but clearly did so without fully understanding the job responsibilities of those people and who made the wheels turn. A lot of institutional knowledge was lost and left people scrambling to figure out how to make things work. It killed morale.
