Pros
The company is growing constantly and there are always new opportunities to develop your career while at HHAeXchange. The culture is very collaborative and everyone really enjoys working with eachother to come to the best solution for our clients. Leadership is really strong and always willing to hear out feedback. This is a really good place for someone to learn a lot, add to their skillset, and reap the benefits.
Cons
There are always growing pains at companies with such consistent high growth. Everyone really does try their best though to overcome obstacles quickly and scale up as efficiently as possible though.
