Pros

You can you use your cell phone during work hours. Free lunch somedays

Cons

The department or company have tools to train you on their product. The software is hard, they expect you know all these markets and handle calls. Tier 2 gives you a hard time to send them a ticket. They make you lie to your callers. They have upper management politics. They hire all these VP who have zero clue what they’re doing. The HR department is a train wreck. They transitioned from 3rd party to in house, and the woman leading the HR has done a horrible job. The culture of this company is dead. Do not expect to grow here. Dead end. Be warned new Tier 1s.

Allows Full Remote Work, Has Good People, Company Has Good Benefits

Cons

During my time at the company there were illogical waves of hires and then layoffs. There was a lack of QA and refinement for what you'd expect at a software company. However, at the time I left they seemed to be making improvements.
