Pros

Direct deposit works. That's about it.

Cons

This company is a masterclass in dysfunction, deception, and disservice to its employees. Every manager is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, none more so than Johnny, who routinely ignores ticket escalations and follows up with absolutely nothing. You could send something urgent and hear crickets, while he walks around pretending to manage. HR, especially Alexis Franklin, is an absolute joke. I came to her with a legitimate, documented need for a workplace accommodation due to a medical condition. Her response, over and over, was “How can I support you?” as if I hadn’t already laid it out clearly. It was a passive-aggressive way of pretending to help while doing nothing. In the end, my request was denied with no alternatives offered. It was gaslighting masked as empathy. Janet, the so-called Customer Care Director, is virtually nonexistent unless there’s a photo op or catered lunch. During Customer Service Week, she showed face on Day 1 and ghosted the rest after a hurricane forced us remote. When it was rescheduled the following week, she didn’t bother showing up. That silence was louder than any corporate memo she’s ever signed. She does not engage with the frontline team and treats anyone below management as disposable. Then there’s the workplace romance scandal everyone knew about. A male manager entered into a clear-cut relationship with a Level 2 agent under his org. Everyone talked about it. No one in leadership said a word. Eventually, after enough pressure, HR stepped in, but instead of accountability, we got optics. He resigned quietly, and what happened to her? She was promoted to Customer Success Manager. That's what advancement looks like at HHAeXchange—be connected, or be convenient. Talent, loyalty, or ethics don’t matter. The attendance policy is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. One second late? Point docked. Emergency? Doesn’t matter. Need a sick day? They’ll take your PTO without notice, then still slap you with an attendance violation. It’s zero tolerance for anything human. Morale here is in the gutter and rightfully so. New features and rollouts are always half-baked and dumped onto the support team without training or communication. The software itself is riddled with bugs and embarrassingly unstable. Customers are constantly frustrated, and who takes the hit? The frontline team, because product and dev leadership never communicate with support. SLAs here mean nothing. Deadlines and response times are ignored with no accountability, and escalations are allowed to rot for days. I wouldn’t be surprised if this company ends up under investigation by the Better Business Bureau, because honestly, the entire operation feels sketchy. Unless you’re part of the inner clique or sleeping with someone who is, don’t expect to get promoted. You’ll be overworked and scapegoated for the company’s broken systems. They hire people to patch holes, not build futures. HHAeXchange is the worst employer I’ve ever had the misfortune of working for, and I would strongly advise anyone considering a role here to think twice. If you value your health, your dignity, or your sanity, stay far away.

Pros

Allows Full Remote Work, Has Good People, Company Has Good Benefits

Cons

During my time at the company there were illogical waves of hires and then layoffs. There was a lack of QA and refinement for what you'd expect at a software company. However, at the time I left they seemed to be making improvements.
