Pros
If you are in the one state where the product actually works you will do well. People are also nice.
Cons
Where to begin, product doesn’t work the way it is supposed to in all states. Half of the states are unsellable but management encourages sellers to force deals over the line even if they are bad. You leave work feeling like a used car salesman who has scammed people, not great and a big reason as to why folks tend to leave. They also hire aggressively, put people in unsellable markets, and then fire them all while telling the rest of the team that they just “didn’t put in effort so they had to be let go”. If you want to be a part of a revolving door sales org then I guess this is the place for you.
