Thank you for the thoughtful and balanced feedback. We’re glad you’re experiencing strong advancement opportunities, good training, competitive pay, and leadership that you describe as progressive and helpful; that’s exactly the foundation we aim to provide. We also appreciate your honesty about working long hours and the need for more on-site support. While it’s encouraging to hear the workload isn’t overwhelming and that success is possible with the right attitude and hard work, your point about staffing levels is important. Feedback like this helps us continue improving the support our teams receive every day. If you ever have thoughts or suggestions, I’d appreciate hearing from you at jonathanb@hhs1.com. Pros

HHS genuinely lives its values. The family-owned foundation is at the core of how we support our frontline and leadership teams, creating a community-focused environment. There is also a deep-rooted commitment to continuous improvement. I have witnessed the organization prioritize training, mentoring, and promoting from within to help team members reach their full potential. While we hold ourselves to high standards, there is a strong culture of accountability balanced by genuine support and teamwork.

Cons

Because HHS is constantly evolving to meet the needs of new industries and clients, the environment is fast-paced. It requires a high degree of adaptability and the ability to navigate change quickly. Additionally, as a large and growing organization, projects can be complex, and navigating internal processes as we scale requires patience and strong communication.
