Pros

HHS is a solid employer with real opportunities for growth and development. Management is supportive, expectations are clear, and hard work is recognized. There’s room to learn new skills and advance if you’re motivated. The work truly makes a difference in patient safety and comfort, which makes the job meaningful. Being part of a team that understands the importance of cleanliness in healthcare is very rewarding. Overall, it’s a stable, respectful workplace and a great option for anyone looking to build a career in healthcare support.

Cons

The work can be physically demanding and fast-paced, especially during busy shifts, which may not be for everyone.

Pros

HHS genuinely lives its values. The family-owned foundation is at the core of how we support our frontline and leadership teams, creating a community-focused environment. There is also a deep-rooted commitment to continuous improvement. I have witnessed the organization prioritize training, mentoring, and promoting from within to help team members reach their full potential. While we hold ourselves to high standards, there is a strong culture of accountability balanced by genuine support and teamwork.

Cons

Because HHS is constantly evolving to meet the needs of new industries and clients, the environment is fast-paced. It requires a high degree of adaptability and the ability to navigate change quickly. Additionally, as a large and growing organization, projects can be complex, and navigating internal processes as we scale requires patience and strong communication.
