All reviews are appreciated, and are reviewed by leadership to obtain helpful information. This anonymous post indicates that HHS is a poorly run company and makes the assumption that poor management trickles down to the rest of the field. Clearly, we believe this is a false assessment. We believe investing in our team members in an investment in the future of our organization. We have implemented new development, and recognition programs to expand the extensive support and resources available to our managers, team members, and executives across the country. We underwent some significant changes and re-centralization in 2015, and we have seen continued improvement as those changes have taken effect.
The satisfaction scores both from customers and employees are high, and leadership takes a sincere interest in employees and practices promotion from within.
The criticism that processes are lacking seems to be an outdated complaint. During the past year, and continuing today, we are implementing significantly improved tools across multiple departments and functions -- including finance, accounting, payroll, time-keeping, and human resources -- to streamline processes and make it easier for our team members to do their jobs. The selection process for these new systems included those employees who would actually be using them once installed. While we are by no means finished updating and improving systems and processes -- we believe this must be an ongoing effort -- we have made significant strides to improve these areas, based in part on the feedback of our team members.
I am not certain of the particulars of why this previous employee’s perceptions are negative and would have welcomed the opportunity to address them during their employment with HHS. I am certain that progress toward a more positive adjustment would have been made.
We hope you will not hesitate to apply at HHS. As a company, we welcome, encourage and reward creativity, hard work and commitment. I am certain you will not be disappointed.
