Pros

Promotions happen quickly as turnover happens (often), as others have mentioned it could be a great company with better management. Company is growing extremely fast, lots of potential if some changes were made.

Cons

Weak leadership. Lots of executives in place with little to no experience. Nepotism is abundant. Salaries can be below average. Benefits are lacking. Extremely high turnover - should be a sign!

Yes, we have experienced intense growth over the past few years, and as a result, we have had turnover. Our attention has been turned to these areas and in turn we have embarked on new initiatives to retain and develop team members. We’re quite proud that during this period of growth, the vast majority of our new leadership positions have been filled through internal promotions, and we feel this says a lot about the quality of our team. Every individual in a leadership position—family member or not—is 110% committed to the success and longevity of HHS, including consistently reviewing policies and procedures to ensure that we maintain industry-leading practices at all times.

Pros

HHS genuinely lives its values. The family-owned foundation is at the core of how we support our frontline and leadership teams, creating a community-focused environment. There is also a deep-rooted commitment to continuous improvement. I have witnessed the organization prioritize training, mentoring, and promoting from within to help team members reach their full potential. While we hold ourselves to high standards, there is a strong culture of accountability balanced by genuine support and teamwork.

Cons

Because HHS is constantly evolving to meet the needs of new industries and clients, the environment is fast-paced. It requires a high degree of adaptability and the ability to navigate change quickly. Additionally, as a large and growing organization, projects can be complex, and navigating internal processes as we scale requires patience and strong communication.
