Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. It’s great to hear that you are pleased with the opportunities for growth, benefits, hybrid schedule, and lunch offered at our corporate offices. I understand that aspects such as compensation and PTO policies concern you. Our PTO policy includes both vacation and sick time to allow employees to use their time off in the way that best suits their needs. Our PTO and wages are considered competitive in the Austin area for our industry. I see that you are still a current employee, and I’d like to make sure you have the opportunity to be heard. I welcome you to reach out to me directly at dkissos@hhs1.com, or feel free to reach out to the Open Door Team with any concerns. Thank you for your service to HHS. Sincerely, Derek Kissos HHS Chief Growth Officer / Chief of Staff

Pros

HHS genuinely lives its values. The family-owned foundation is at the core of how we support our frontline and leadership teams, creating a community-focused environment. There is also a deep-rooted commitment to continuous improvement. I have witnessed the organization prioritize training, mentoring, and promoting from within to help team members reach their full potential. While we hold ourselves to high standards, there is a strong culture of accountability balanced by genuine support and teamwork.

Cons

Because HHS is constantly evolving to meet the needs of new industries and clients, the environment is fast-paced. It requires a high degree of adaptability and the ability to navigate change quickly. Additionally, as a large and growing organization, projects can be complex, and navigating internal processes as we scale requires patience and strong communication.
