Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience working with HHS. I am pleased that you found the pay to be fair and had a good experience with your managers. We launched a new profit-sharing program earlier this year that provides all employees (including hourly team members) with more than five years of tenure to receive an annual share of the company’s profits. In regards to workload, Hospitals are a dynamic environment, and it does require a lot of hard work to keep up with the daily demands. I understand it can be overwhelming and may not be a good fit for everyone. Should you have any more comments or suggestions, you can reach out to me at jonathanb@hhs1.com. Sincerely, Jonathan Beveridge HHS COO, Healthcare

Pros

HHS genuinely lives its values. The family-owned foundation is at the core of how we support our frontline and leadership teams, creating a community-focused environment. There is also a deep-rooted commitment to continuous improvement. I have witnessed the organization prioritize training, mentoring, and promoting from within to help team members reach their full potential. While we hold ourselves to high standards, there is a strong culture of accountability balanced by genuine support and teamwork.

Cons

Because HHS is constantly evolving to meet the needs of new industries and clients, the environment is fast-paced. It requires a high degree of adaptability and the ability to navigate change quickly. Additionally, as a large and growing organization, projects can be complex, and navigating internal processes as we scale requires patience and strong communication.
