Thank you for your service and thoughtful feedback. I appreciate your kind words and your suggestions for improvement. The fast-paced nature of hospitals can be challenging, and we recognize that it may not be the right fit for everyone. Over the past few years, we’ve made significant enhancements to our benefits package and continuously evaluated our programs to ensure they remain competitive for our teams. Your input is invaluable, and I’m happy to discuss it further. Please feel free to use our Open Door Policy at 800.229.2028 or reach out to me directly at jonathanb@hhs1.com Thank you, Jonathan Beveridge HHS COO, Healthcare Division

Pros

HHS genuinely lives its values. The family-owned foundation is at the core of how we support our frontline and leadership teams, creating a community-focused environment. There is also a deep-rooted commitment to continuous improvement. I have witnessed the organization prioritize training, mentoring, and promoting from within to help team members reach their full potential. While we hold ourselves to high standards, there is a strong culture of accountability balanced by genuine support and teamwork.

Cons

Because HHS is constantly evolving to meet the needs of new industries and clients, the environment is fast-paced. It requires a high degree of adaptability and the ability to navigate change quickly. Additionally, as a large and growing organization, projects can be complex, and navigating internal processes as we scale requires patience and strong communication.
