At HHS, we strive to build an inclusive environment where all team members feel valued, heard, and respected. Without more information, I cannot provide much insight or investigate properly. If you want to share more details you can call the HHS OneTeam Helpline at 800-229-2028 or email me directly at jonathanb@hhs1.com. I’m sorry you did not enjoy your time at HHS, and I wish you all the best. Thank you, Jonathan Beveridge HHS COO, Healthcare Division

Pros

HHS genuinely lives its values. The family-owned foundation is at the core of how we support our frontline and leadership teams, creating a community-focused environment. There is also a deep-rooted commitment to continuous improvement. I have witnessed the organization prioritize training, mentoring, and promoting from within to help team members reach their full potential. While we hold ourselves to high standards, there is a strong culture of accountability balanced by genuine support and teamwork.

Cons

Because HHS is constantly evolving to meet the needs of new industries and clients, the environment is fast-paced. It requires a high degree of adaptability and the ability to navigate change quickly. Additionally, as a large and growing organization, projects can be complex, and navigating internal processes as we scale requires patience and strong communication.
