Pros

There is a company shutdown at the end of year that is almost 2 weeks long. Flex Time, some salaried people actually get OT pay for anything over 40.

Cons

The raises are tiny. They are never what you actually deserve. each department is given a certain amount of money and the supervisors get together like a round table and practically have to scrap it out for who is deserving or who they want to give what to and only a certain amount of people can be promoted. Some supervisors advocate more for their people than others so you can get screwed. whatever is left they practically split it between everyone. so for example everyone could get about 3%. HR is corrupt. The hotline is a scam. Don't report anything with your name attached because you will become a target. HR and mgmt will be on you until they can twist something, falsify something or make something fit what they want to make you look bad then fire you. Some supervisors get away with some pretty far out stuff. HR will just support mgmt in whatever they say. You don't have a chance. They play favorites. There is a lot of prejudice, sexual harassment, scrutiny and railroading.

Our values guide the day-to-day interactions with employees. Integrity, performance and respect are three of our six values. We value performance. Merits are distributed based on an individual’s performance against objectives. Integrity is at the heart of the of the openline process. We provide multiple avenues for individuals to raise concerns and to have the issues investigated. We desire to create an environment where every individual feels they are treated fairly and with respect.

Pros

Remote Work, Flex Schedule, Benefits are decent enough.

Cons

It is very much a boys club between management, leads, and HR. HR is there to protect the company, not you. The moment you have something crazy happen (and you will because most people in positions of power are old retired navy guys who cant even work a computer usually and would rather praddle on about "the good ole days") and you report it to HR, you immediately will be retaliated against, even when HR says you wont. Its tough to say how you wont when they immediately inform your supervisor. I also hate how they are an "inclusive" company, and yet I have been called more slurs and received more backlash for being LGBT when its not even being presented, I just want to log in, work, ask questions, log off.
