Pros

Good place to start a career and Build Engineering Fundamentals. New Hires will start near the top of the pay band. Quick promotion to the next level. Initial Training is good. Generally a stable place to start. Education assistance if your perusing a degree in your subject matter area. Lots of ability to move between departments to find an area of interest. Supervisors level management is typically good and responsive.

Cons

Mid to Upper level management is inconsistent. Says one thing, does another. Benefits use to be better but have seen a reduction in quality. Facilities are aging and are maintained inconsistently. Parking is awful. Tools to do the job are inconsistent and mid to upper management doesn't invest in new tools well. Work life balance use to be better but they are going away from remote work. Upper management is poor at listening to lower management, mid management just wants to climb the ladder. Long term training opportunities aren't great. Takes a long time for HR to hire new people. Layoffs happen every 5 or so years and senior folks and lower management are frequently laid off so they can hire new at a lesser rate. Poor knowledge transfer of senior employees to junior. Supervisors required to give a specific number of poor performance evals regardless of actual performance.

Pros

Remote Work, Flex Schedule, Benefits are decent enough.

Cons

It is very much a boys club between management, leads, and HR. HR is there to protect the company, not you. The moment you have something crazy happen (and you will because most people in positions of power are old retired navy guys who cant even work a computer usually and would rather praddle on about "the good ole days") and you report it to HR, you immediately will be retaliated against, even when HR says you wont. Its tough to say how you wont when they immediately inform your supervisor. I also hate how they are an "inclusive" company, and yet I have been called more slurs and received more backlash for being LGBT when its not even being presented, I just want to log in, work, ask questions, log off.
