Pros
I find the job incredibly rewarding on a personal and intellectual level. Our HR rep, Cici, is an angel. I legitimately love my coworkers. They are the best part of my day, and to be quite honest I don’t think I would still be working at this job if I didn’t have them. From my understanding, the Pittsburgh office atmosphere is pretty different from the other offices. We do have cubes for people who prefer to work independently, but we also have open desks, where there is plenty of chatter throughout the day. We are good friends, we hang out a lot outside of work, and we talk to each other outside of work constantly. No matter how hard things get, or how stressed out I may be, I really feel that it is all worth it to be in such a warm and friendly environment every day with some of the smartest, funniest, best people that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
Cons
There is a very clear problem with management. I truly do not believe that this is because management has manevolent intentions, but it is clear that right now the company is floundering on policy a bit. Right now, things are very unstable overhead, and this does trickle down and affect everyone in the company.
