Pros

The firm thrived off accepting recent graduates as paralegals/technical writers and then working them non-stop. They paid decently and, as long as you hit deadlines, the company didn't care when you arrived and left work (assuming you hit 40 hours). When I was there, they offered bonuses, but I am not sure if they still do. If you are an introvert, the company doesn't really require any sort of interaction with other employees.

Cons

The company knows that many University of Michigan students require jobs after graduation and they are happy to provide them, as long as you can function under tight deadlines and, at times, exceptionally high workloads. The company doesn't really value camaraderie, and everyone generally works silently in their own cubicles. If you don't go out of your way to meet and interact with people, it will not happen.
