Pros
Other co workers are sweet and you can expect to spend any downtime you have griping with them about how awful management/HR are but that's really it. Oh, lots of opportunities to work overtime if you need the money. Are these really pros? These are literally the only pros I can think of.
Cons
The positive reviews here are all fake, it's well-known in the office that HR employees are asked to write these reviews, literally no one likes working here. You will get minimal training and be constantly asked to do extra work for pennies. You will get graded like a student on every single assignment you submit and you will be ranked every month along with the rest of your co workers and any extra money you make outside of the paltry base salary will be based on your rank--basically expect to work 8-12 hours of over time every week if you want to earn an extra couple hundred dollars. Expect to regularly receive rude, condescending emails from management and the sketchy owner. Expect to regularly deal with rude and harassing customers with no support. If you have a good team manager, this place might be bearable if you just need some quick $ (basically the same hourly wage as working at Starbucks, but Starbucks has way better benefits) but otherwise, it's not worth it. It's not worth the interview, the "training," the hours, nothing. Benefits are absolutely minimal. They took away some benefits when the pandemic started claiming that business was suffering but then requested workers put in over time for minimal return once it became clear that the pandemic did not reduce the client caseload. No one ever has any idea how many clients are being taken on, the legal strategy is constantly changing (And constantly requiring additional work from writers, editors, and attorneys to adapt), and clocking into work pretty much feels like checking in on a dumpster fire. I could go on and on but even this isn't really worth my time and I'm only filling this out to get continued access to glassdoor. All I can say is, please don't waste your time here.
