Management was the disadvantage of this company - Legal Writer HIPR Employee Review

This company was not organized at all. I have never seen a single well-written policies or code of ethics. Everything was a mess and out of place. Directions were given but were not clear and never consistent. Works were often rushed so the results were not good in quality at all. The management was the disadvantage of this company. Disrespectful to managers and all the staff.
