The employees were basically friendly, and management appeared to want a collaborative environment with the typical feel-good moments such as happy hour and sharing 'wins' on Friday, but that was really just for share. For the most part there was no collaboration and management would put off important client calls because he didn't want to raise their expectations. There was no on boarding of employees or a process for on boarding client which seemed odd for a company that's been around this long.
