Management is entirely unwilling to listen to employees and adjust company policy to reflect operational realities. Low wages and low benefits. High turnover leads to understaffing and overwork. No consistency in promotions or raises. It's abundantly clear that while the company's management may have expertise in immigration law, they have no experience whatsoever in successfully running an organization. Ignore the positive reviews here--they're almost invariably posted at regular intervals by HR--this is not a company even worth associating yourself with professionally.
