Pros
Personally, the work wasn’t bad. I thought it was interesting learning about our clients and editing their documents. The office environment was fine, as the five of us working in-person had the whole office to ourselves. My coworkers were nice people too. My problem is mainly with the management
Cons
They do not know how to treat employees. When I got hired, they told me I was on a trial period for three months where we had no healthcare, paid vacations, etc. after three months, I finally earned my benefits. But then the work stopped coming into our office. For two weeks we had nothing to do. Then they terminated all of us in the office. To add insult to injury, they told us our health benefits would continue till the end of the month. But guess what? They terminated us at the end of the day on the last day of the month. Our health coverage remained for 5 hours.
