Infighting and lack of direction/vision from leadership leave the company ineffective and unable to lead this company into the future. The prospects of this company are dim, stay away. Our department alone had 75% of staff either leave, quit, or were unexpectedly let go twice in a two year period all due to inadequate leadership.
