The office is pretty. Fresh flowers and a mediocre coffee machine that works most of the time.
Cons
Confusion, ambiguity, and mismanagement by leadership on all levels and in all sectors. Terrible, if any, succession planning in place. Leadership is absent most days but there's an expectation for certain staff levels to be present daily completely ignoring the company's ever-changing Work From Home/ Flex schedule. Political, and toxic culture full of backstabbing, paranoid employees working on understaffed projects with little to no guidance. Each man for himself, little to no positive encouragement or direction given to team members and a true lack of energy and enthusiasm amongst the firm. Fake smiles, fake initiatives, fake empathy and concern. What could be an amazing firm has been convoluted with meaningless role descriptions and titles. Very little faith the firm can and ever will get the energy and passion it once has back, at least not with the current leadership. The entire firm truly needs an overhaul and even then, it would be a questionable decision to continue working there. Proceed with caution if you're considering working here, regardless of the position and pay.
