Pros

Nice Gym, nice building, close to the beach.

Cons

If you take the risk of making a career here you’re going to be terribly sorry you tried. Consider yourself warned. In the beginning all of management will try to be really nice to you. You’ll get a tiny bit of training. You’ll get on the phones and think the job is super easy. You’ll even get some overtime. Once a month passes, they’ll have you training the new hires for no extra incentive with the little training they’ve provided you. They’ll then throw you into a room to train you on their timer system. They’ll throw tons of information at you all at once and expect you to effectively troubleshoot all the calls. Keep in mind, the management themselves don’t even know how to troubleshoot any of the calls. They are useless, extremely LAZY idiots. They pretty much don’t do anything useful for the company at all. If the CEO knew how much they slack he’d be furious. Expect to be micromanaged ridiculously, talked to and treated like an Elementary school student. You’ll have ridiculous weekly 1 on 1 “meetings” where they try to mind control and belittle you to make you feel like you’re stupid. They like to threaten and bully you into decisions. They’ll make you take calls you have no idea how to handle and won’t let you transfer or get off that that call until someone can take it for you, which results in the customer getting really irritated and being on hold with you for 20 minutes of dead air. Literally. You’ll then be blamed for not grasping the “training”. The management plays favorites and they pick and choose who they are nice to if you kiss up daily to them. They have a knowledge base you can reference to help with the calls but it’s total garbage. Good luck asking for help on a call. They won’t provide any help when you ask for it or need it because they themselves don’t know how to troubleshoot. Most reasonable people that start working here get tired of the harassment and quit for better pay, and better treatment elsewhere.

Pros

Game room Some elements of the lean culture Beautiful facility

Cons

CEO is a narcissist who has surrounded himself with sycophants Overly heavy with highly paid executives while everyone else is expected to do more with less and endure a precarious season with multiple layoffs to keep the business at the profitability percentages the CEO expects Very low female to male ratio in higher levels of leadership and the CEO is blatantly patriarchal and misogynistic at worst, and blind to his biases at best
