Pros
- Market leader and highly respected brand reputation in all of its chosen industries (hospitality/restaurants/broadcast/theaters, etc.) - Deeply interesting problems to solve - Great, friendly colleagues who are smart, hard working and care both about the work and each other. These are people you're looking forward to seeing at work every day - Lean enterprise with forward thinking leadership. Company is truly striving for continuous improvement (which doesn't sit well with people who hate change even if it's to make things better). - Less politics here than I've seen in a long time. Big plus. - Brand new facility with indoor gym, outdoor fitness track and game room There are some negative reviews out there which I'm guessing are coming from former colleagues who were stuck in their ways and couldn't or wouldn't evolve as the company ups everyone's game.
Cons
- Work environment rules could be relaxed a bit. - I know it's the current thing at many companies to have open space work areas but engineers need their own space to concentrate and do their best work. - Bonuses could be more competitive
