Pros

Pre-2020, the company was a great place to work with senior leadership that were experts in the industry that also cared for employees

Cons

Post-2020, the previous leadership either retired or were driven out by external hires that made their own clique. These newbies had no experience in the industry, disregarded any advice from previous leaders, and wanted to leave their mark by changing the company how they saw fit like forming new departments that made no impact. The 12+ years of growth the company earned started to decline and even though the CEO and leadership tells everyone the company is doing fine, entire departments have been laid off and have been replaced by more and more sales reps or outsourced positions in India. Like a lot of other reviews say, this company also underpays. They'll gaslight you by saying its because their benefits package is better than other companies, but other than getting a couple more sick days a year, it's not as special as they claim it to be.

Pros

Game room Some elements of the lean culture Beautiful facility

Cons

CEO is a narcissist who has surrounded himself with sycophants Overly heavy with highly paid executives while everyone else is expected to do more with less and endure a precarious season with multiple layoffs to keep the business at the profitability percentages the CEO expects Very low female to male ratio in higher levels of leadership and the CEO is blatantly patriarchal and misogynistic at worst, and blind to his biases at best
