Pros
You get money. And you might work with some great, fun people. But that's it.
Cons
This company's standards for hiring are impressively low. You get an interview, you get the job and it isn't even really an interview. This obviously leads to employees who aren't right for the job. The training is also nearly non-existent. It's all a recipe for slow, awful service and unsatisfied customers. I have zero pride in my job.
