      Pros

      Good profit sharing for some brands and at the corporate offices.

      Cons

      Development opportunities are poor in some functional groups. There are very few engagement opportunities. MCR (HR) has limited and poor policies that do not favor the employees. Much of the US IT support is outsourced to India and not very helpful.
