Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits (Healthcare, 401K plan) and good diversity of work. For those that like to travel, many jobs are all over the country and the opportunity to see interesesting places while working is there.
Cons
The biggest short coming of this company, in my opinion is it's lack of loyalty to the employee. Also there was very little training offered over the years I was employed by the company.
