Pros
Salary and paid overtime. Majority of people are great to work with. Too many managers and not enough workers.
Cons
Benefits are lackluster. Office space is tired with limited natural lighting. Not valued unless you are an engineer. Career climbers will do what ever is best for them without keeping the best interest in the overall Group/Office at the forefront. Return to office is heavy handed.
